DMCA Policy
Hodgepodge Protein Bowl respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and expect our users to do the same. This policy outlines the procedure for copyright infringement claims and counter-notifications concerning content hosted on our platform.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Hodgepodge Protein Bowl website, please notify our copyright agent as set forth below. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information when providing notice of the claimed infringement:
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.

DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our designated copyright agent and must include substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Hodgepodge Protein Bowl may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notification. If the original complainant does not file a court action against you within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
